Ska-Revolution is coming straight outa Central Oregon, son! NtK is a
group that prides itself on musical versatility. Combining funk, hip
hop and even some metal elements with the ska, punk, dub and rock that
the genre was known for during the third wave.
In their first two years of being a performing band, the group has
played well over 100 shows in the Bend/Redmond Oregon area and is now
occasionally taking the act on the road. Look for a full length album
in the very near future as well.
All seven members are accomplished and potent musicians in their own
right, and all are involved to some degree in the song writing process.
This is a big reason for the stylistic diversity in the music. Aside
from guitarist and maniacal Batman enthusiast, Buck Shearer, all
members of Necktie Killer attended school and took band classes
together in Redmond.
Necktie Killer is a firm advocate of skankin, partyin, bravado, and
tellin the man to get fucked. The Rude Boy is comin, and he's rockin a
